By drawing custom search boxes on your MLS map search function you can match the map our clients give you, with the correct geographical area on the MLS search.  With these two filters in place you're ready to start sending the client homes to see.
• Negotiating
  • This is your world. You know if your market is offering seller concessions such as rate buy downs, new upgrades or whatever the trending concessions are. As the Real Estate Professional clients rely on you to bring all your experience to bear at the negotiating table. That leads us to our end goal:
